About the project
The Piano Building conversion is part of the Kidderminster Levelling Up Fund and is a regeneration and town centre investment, acquiring an empty building and conversion for a commercial use. The renovation and repurposing of the Grade II listed Piano Building will bring this key heritage asset back to life as a new boutique hotel, attract overnight visitors into the town and in turn help to drive forward the evening economy with family attractions, and link to the renewed Town Hall project.
